Mountain Springs Reservation Policies
Our normal office hours are from 9 – 5 Monday through Friday.
We are in & out on Saturday. Sunday is a day of rest for us. See information below in regards to Sunday arrivals.
Confirmation letters, information & directions can only be sent out during business hours as a rule. If you are reserving after hours for the next day, please check with us before coming to make sure we are expecting you.
AAA Rates
$95-$165 daily, based on double occupancy
Additional adults are $20.00 each. Children are $10.00 each.
Pets allowed in “Pet Friendly” cabins only. See Traveling with Pets.
Pets are $10 ea. 2 Pet max. Pets must be pre approved (breed & age)
We have a 3 night minimum stay May through October, unless it just fits in.
You will need to call the office to check before making a shorter stay. Many times we can fit them in between longer stays, but call us first. Thanks!
We require a 4 night minimum stay on most Holiday weekends and for all major Holidays.
We accept Master Card and Visa. A 50% deposit is due at time your reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival.
In stay less than the minimum required stay, payment is full due at the time reservations are made.
A credit slip required at check-in. Cabin must be left in same clean condition as found at check-in and all items checked out returned in good condition to avoid any charges.
We have*30 day cancellation policy. $40.00 administrative charge on all cancellations.
NO CANCELLATIONS on Holiday stays and the entire months of June, July and October.
Check in 2PM or later, unless special arrangements are made. Check out 10AM.
Sunday arrivals ONLY in stays of 5 nights or more. (*High season requires 7 nights or more.) As we do not work on Sunday, we will leave the cabin “open” the night before so that it will be clean & ready for you... & let you know what Sunday arrival procedures are.

Well-behaved, supervised children are welcome. ( we are very family friendly, smile)

All are Non-smoking cabins - ashtrays provided on porch
