Mountain Springs Reservation Policy

There is a 3-night minimum stay (some holidays may require a 4-night stay). You may call to check for shorter stay availabilities.

Weekly rates - 7 nights or more - receives a 10% discount. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is due upon arrival.

Office Hours: are from 9:00AM-5:00PM Eastern time Monday through Friday, and 10:00AM-2:00PM on Saturday.
The office is closed on Sunday.

Deposits: All reservations held with Master Card, Visa or Discover. A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation, and the balance is due upon arrival.

We reserve the right to change cabin assignments in reservations made for less than the minimum night requirement.

Check-In: time is between 2:00-5:00PM Eastern time Monday through Saturday, unless other arrangements are made with our office.
*Sunday arrivals are accepted ONLY in stays of 7 nights or more. (Our office is closed on Sundays)

Check-Out: is 10:00 AM

Confirmation letters, information & directions are usually sent out during business hours the following day.

If you are reserving after hours for the next day, please check with us before coming to make sure we are expecting you.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations require a 30-day notice in writing (via email), with a $40 service charge applied. No cancellations accepted in the months of June, July, August, October or for any Holiday or Group Reservations.

Rates:
The cabin information sheet will tell you how many the cabin will sleep 2,4,6 or 8. Each cabin (with the exception of 8 & 9) can accommodate 2 more if you are bringing an air mattress or pack and play. These rates are based on double occupancy (first 2 people) Please add $10 per child and $20 per adult for each night.

If there are only 2 in your party and you are booking a cabin with a loft there is an additional charge of $20 per night.

We have 11.75% sales tax added to cabin rate. No other fees. ANY changes made to your reservation must be made in writing. No changes made over the phone.

Pets: Dogs are allowed in "Pet Friendly" cabins only. See Traveling with Pets. Pets are $10 ea. 2 Pet max. Pets must be pre-approved (breed & age). Please read our Pet Policy. There is a $200 pet security deposit.

Special Notes:

Our facilities are strictly for paying guests. If you would like to have visitors here, please discuss your plans in advance with our office.

A signed credit slip is required at check-in for cabin security.

Our property is "Family Friendly". We also have a section of the property for those not traveling with children. See cabins 8,9,13.

A $200 group fee applies to any group reserving 4+ cabins or when reserving 3 or more cabins where one of the cabins reserved is streamside (streamside cabins are The Duck Tavern, Speckled Trout, and Willow Creek). Please see the Planning a Reunion page for more information.

"Return points" may be added to any minimum stay (stays of 3-4 nights or more). If you have only one bonus night, it must be used on a Sunday. Please note use of comp night in the "Special Request" box when making your reservation online.

All of our cabins are Non-smoking. Ashtrays provided on porches.
