Small Wedding Parties

We look forward to your stay here at Mountain Springs and hope you will let us know if there is anything we can do to prepare for your visit. We want this to be a memorable stay for you and your group.

Special rates or discounts may apply depending on length of stay (3-4 night minimum stays) November 10th through May 15th.

When you decide you want to have your wedding or have your wedding party stay here, just call our office and we will block off the dates for 5 days for you to be able to get a letter out to everyone with a link to our site and give them that time to reserve their own cabin.

At this time we are not set up for anything more than small intimate weddings here that can be held outside when cabins are being rented for the wedding party. Nearby is the Brahma Ridge Event Center that we can recommend for larger events.

It is for that reason we can only accommodate small weddings where the whole wedding party and guests are all staying here at Mountain Springs ...and up to 15 others who are not registered guests.

It is usually best to let each party make their own reservation, unless you are going to be responsible for the bill. We find most people tend to keep their reservations when done in this manner. If you would like, we can send you a copy of a group letter to send out.

Our facility is small, 46 acres (inc. 30 acres in woods and our mountain) with 13 cabins on it. Because of that we feel we have to ask a few things of those in larger parties.

Please discuss with us in advance, any expected friends or family you may want to invite to our property. (There's a reasonable limit.) We will issue them a car pass and show them to the designated visitor's parking area.

ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REGISTERED AT OUR OFFICE.

For large gatherings, the picnic pavilion or bonfire area is usually the gathering-place. Streamside weddings are really beautiful.

"We ask that one member of your party be responsible with credit card slip, for the group. You may want to go over our guest policy (not that many) with everyone and make sure they understand it.

There is a $200 grounds and maintenance fee. This is the responsibility of the organizer or the contact person setting up the gathering.

When there are three or more cabins for a wedding party or group gathering, we hold to our "no cancellation policy" as for us to hold that many cabins off the book for any period of time, makes it harder for us to re-book them.
